Charging Hall
Filling Machine
In this machine, diluted acid in specified amount and defined according to the type of battery, is injected into each cell with special nozzle.
Formation water bath
To control the temperature of the batteries during charging process, they are immersed in tubs with controlled level of cold water. The cooling system of the charging tubs works continuously to keep the water temperature low, which rises due to the charging process.
Rectifiers IGBT
The amount of charge, voltage level and amperage required for charging are controlled through these devices, and the batteries are changed in multi-digit series inside the charging tubs and through these rectifiers.
Acid leveling
At this stage again, the electrolyte is reinjected into each cell according to the technical specifications to level it.
Ultrasonic acid level checking
At this stage, the level of acid is measured using ultrasonic probes and if it isn’t suitable, the battery will be returned.
Top cover heat sealing
First, operator puts the top cover on the battery box and then the product enters the machine. In this machine, the top cover or final is installed on the battery box with hot plate process that called sealed.
Leakage test
At this stage, by injecting air through the air discharge valves, the welding of top cover is tested to ensure that it doesn’t leak. Before the battery enters, the battery status indicator is manually inserted and installed by the operator on the battery.
Washing and drying machine
The battery enters into three stage automatic washing and drying machine to remove the traces of acid leakage during production.
